How it works
The whole program runs automatically. You can see clicks, registrations and rewards in the Client Zone.
In the Client Zone you agree to the terms and the system generates your partner code. The link has the form chost.cz/VASKOD and you can send it by e-mail, put it on your website or in a video description.
Anyone who comes through your link gets a 10% discount on their first order (except domains). You become entitled to the reward only once they actually pay for this first order – not upon registration and not just by creating the order.
The reward first appears as pending and after 14 days it is credited to your credit. You can pay for hosting, domains, and game servers with credit. 1 credit = 1 Kč and it does not expire.
Rewards
Base rates of the program. For individual partners, the discount and reward rates may differ (also by type of service) – you will always find the current figures with your code in the Client Zone.
A base rate of the price that the referred customer actually paid for hosting, a game server or e-mail in their first order – plus 3% of the price of domains in the same order. Credit is deducted from invoices for our services, 1 credit = 1 Kč.
A base 10% off the first order for hosting, game servers and e-mails – the discount does not apply to domains. The code is prefilled in the cart automatically, you just need to arrive through your link.
Whoever comes through your link is assigned to you for 90 days from the first opening of the link. They do not have to order right away. The first click applies – someone else's link does not overwrite your assignment.

These terms govern participation in the partner (affiliate) program of the CHOST.cz service. They are a special agreement supplementing the Terms and Conditions; anything not otherwise regulated here is governed by the Terms and Conditions.
https://chost.cz/KOD.An individual or legal entity that has an account in the Client Zone at klient.chost.cz may take part in the program. Participation is not conditional on an active paid service.
Participation arises when the customer, in the Client Zone in the Partner Program section, gives consent to these terms. The provider records the date, time, IP address and version of the terms for the consent. After consent is given, a partner code and link are generated for the customer.
Participation does not create an employment or similar relationship, representation, or commercial agency. The Partner does not act on behalf of the Provider and is not authorized to perform legal acts on its behalf or accept payments.
The partner is responsible for taxation and any contribution obligations associated with the received reward according to their tax regime.
Opening a partner link stores a technical cookie in the visitor's browser chost_ref with a partner code. The validity of the assignment is 90 days from the first opening of the link; reopening the same link does not extend it.
The first click applies: if an earlier valid attribution is already stored in the browser, opening another partner link later does not overwrite it.
The assignment is applied only when an account is created in the Client Zone and is permanent from that moment. The Provider is not responsible for the visitor deleting or blocking the cookie, using a different browser or device, or a mode in which cookies are not stored; in that case the assignment does not take place and no entitlement to a reward arises.
A reward is earned only for a customer who has not previously had an account with the Provider. No reward is due for an extension or renewal of an existing customer's service.
The entitlement to a reward arises only upon full payment of the referred customer's first order. It does not arise from registering an account, adding goods to the cart, issuing a proforma invoice, or creating an order.
For each referred customer the partner is entitled to one single reward, and that forever, regardless of the number, value and frequency of their further orders.
The reward is calculated from the price of purchased services, including domain registrations, renewals, and transfers. The discount for the referred customer, on the other hand, does not apply to domains (Art. 6), so the entitlement to a reward arises even if the first paid order contains only a domain.
No reward is due for orders paid entirely with credit, for items that are not a chargeable service of the Provider (in particular credit top-ups), or for amounts the referred customer did not pay (e.g., the value of discounts).
The entitlement does not arise if the first order was provided during a free trial period, until the customer actually pays for it.
The referred customer gets a base 10% discount on the first order, applied to the price of hosting, game servers and e-mail services. The discount does not apply to domains.
The partner is entitled to a reward at a base rate of 10% of the price of hosting, a game server or e-mail and 3% of the price of domains on the same order. The reward is calculated from the amount the referred customer actually paid after any discount, and it never exceeds it on the same order.
The discount and reward rates may differ between partners – the provider may set different values and different rates for individual types of services. The setting shown with the partner code in the Client Zone at the moment the conversion occurs is always binding.
The reward takes exclusively the form of credit for CHOST.cz services. The credit:
The provider may change the amount of the reward in the future. A change does not affect conversions that occurred before it took effect.
A reward that arises is first held in the pending state for 14 days from the conversion. After this period the reward is credited to the partner's credit, unless a reason for its cancellation under Art. 9 has arisen in the meantime.
A conversion flagged for manual review is not released automatically; the provider will assess it without undue delay and inform the partner of the result in the Client Zone.
The Partner must not, in particular:
Use of the provider's trademarks, logos and graphic materials is permitted only in unaltered form and to indicate a link to the provider's services.
The provider will not grant the reward, or will deduct correspondingly any credit already credited, if:
If the deduction leads to a negative credit balance, the partner is obliged to settle it; the provider is entitled to set off such a claim against its own claim against the partner.
The partner may end participation at any time in the Client Zone or by email at [email protected].
The provider is entitled to suspend or terminate the partner's participation at any time and without giving a reason, in particular on suspicion of a breach of Art. 8. If participation is terminated because of a breach of these terms, rewards not yet paid out (pending) also lapse.
When participation ends, the partner code ceases to be valid. Credit that has already been properly credited remains available to the partner, unless the case falls under Art. 9.
Credited credit has no time limit and does not expire for as long as the customer's account in the Client Zone exists. It will, however, lapse without compensation when the customer's account is canceled; its balance is not paid out in that case. The provider may introduce a credit validity period in the future; it will announce such a change in accordance with Art. 12 and it will not affect credit credited before the change takes effect.
The Provider is entitled to change these terms. Each wording is marked with a version shown in the header of this document; the current version is 2026-08-16.
When a new version is released, the partner is prompted in the Client Zone to give new consent. Until it is given, the program is governed by the version to which the partner last gave consent; however, newly arising rewards are governed by the version in effect at the moment the conversion occurred. If the partner does not consent to the new version, the provider may terminate their participation under Art. 10.
For each partner, the provider records the version of the terms they agreed to, together with the date and time of consent.
In connection with the program, the Provider processes data about the partner (account identification, code, consent to the terms including IP address), about link click-throughs (an irreversible hash of the IP address and browser, landing page, referring domain), and about the resulting conversions. Details and retention periods are given in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Information.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably; if that is not possible, the court at the provider's registered office has jurisdiction. If the partner is a consumer, they have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority – www.coi.cz.
These terms take effect on 16. 8. 2026 and replace all earlier arrangements on referral rewards, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
