What you should know before you start

Answers to the questions people ask us most often before ordering.

The plans differ in disk space, the number of databases and email accounts, the number of websites you can run and the performance available to them. Start with the smallest plan that fits your project. Once your site grows (more visitors, more email accounts, another domain), you upgrade to a higher plan with one click – your data never moves, only the limits increase.
No. You can register a domain right in the cart together with your hosting, or temporarily use a free subdomain we assign you and add your own domain later. If you already have a domain registered elsewhere, just point its DNS records to our servers – we'll help you with this step in the client zone or via support.
Hosting is active practically immediately after your order and payment are complete. You install WordPress straight from the client zone in a couple of clicks, usually within two minutes. Game servers (Minecraft, CS2 and others) are set up manually by our team, since each server is configured according to the chosen version, mods and plugins – typically ready within a few hours during business hours.
The WordPress hosting client zone includes a migration tool that transfers your files and database in the background – just enter the access details for your existing hosting. For your domain, we'll handle the transfer to us, including checking that the domain is actually transferable (e.g. not locked at your previous registrar). Your original website stays live throughout the migration – we keep any downtime to the DNS switch-over only.
Backups are made automatically – locally on the server where your site runs, and for BASIC plans and higher also to remote offsite storage, so your data survives even a server failure. If a bad plugin update or an accidental delete breaks your site, you restore the latest backup with one click straight from the client zone, no need to write to support and wait.
We run our servers in European datacenters, including the Czech Republic, so your customers' data never leaves the EU, and latency for Czech and Slovak visitors is low. Only our team has access to your data as part of operational support (e.g. when resolving a technical issue you report) – we never sell it or use it for any other purpose.
Yes, from the BASIC plan and up you can add any number of domains. Each domain gets its own directory, database and email accounts, so the sites never interfere with each other. On the MINI plan, hosting is designed for a single website, which is usually enough for a first project or personal page.
You pay online by card through the secure GoPay payment gateway, with no need to re-enter your details on renewal. Invoices are available in the client zone, where you can also see your payment history and the due dates for each service. We'll email you before your prepaid period ends so your website stays online without interruption.
